Bailey- Cuteness overload

Bailey is our newest West Jersey guy. He is in foster care with one of our volunteers and doing quite well. He lives with two other dogs. His foster mom says he is a mellow boy. Bailey loves to explore in the backyard and enjoys an occasional game of fetch. He is very sweet and loves giving and receiving affection. Bailey’s foster mom is working on his basic obedience. He is just a pup…about 8 months old. Bailey is very treat motivated and should be easy to train. We think he may be a lab/sheppie mix. Currently he weighs 40 pounds and is still growing. He is doing well being crated and seems to be housebroken. He rides well in the car and his foster mom is working on his leash skills. Bailey may be good with dog savvy children but we don’t ‘know if he is cat friendly. We will keep you posted. If you think you may have the right home for Bailey please email Iris at wjvolunteers@yahoo.com or go to our website wjva.org and fill out an application.
