Rocco
This is 12 year young boy is Rocco aka Rockstar! He is and has been looking for a loving home or foster for quite some time.
Rocco’s owner died years ago and he hasn’t had a home of his own since. He has been in the care of the amazing volunteers of West Jersey Volunteers for Animals.
He hopes his forever family is out there somewhere. His wish list is, a soft bed for lounging and sleeping, treats, great food, (provided by rescue) belly rubs, and butt scratches. Rocco is nervous on hardwood floors so carpet or lots of scatter rugs would be greatly appreciated by this senior boy.
Rocco enjoys the simple things in life such as walks in the woods, swimming in the lake and laying in the sun.
If you are looking for a retirement buddy, Rocco would love the job. He is currently in a boarding kennel where he receives excellent care. He is visited daily by the volunteers who take him on field trips and walks. He is very loved but he needs a permanent home or a foster. It’s time for him to have his own place. He would do best as an only pet. Rocco does have arthritis but West Jersey will take care of all his medical expenses, food, treats, and all that he needs. If you could just provide some love which is free, he would be so grateful.
